- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded zucchini and salt; let sit for 10 minutes to drain moisture, then squeeze out excess water.
